  • Yes. Planned delivery includes furniture, décor, floor and wall coverings, bedding and towels, plus lockable storage for personal belongings and sports equipment.

  • Benefits include daily cleaning, internet, butler and concierge services, and dedicated residential spaces: a sun deck, lounge, galley chef’s table and private dining room.

  • Benefits include food and beverages, most excursions and most sports equipment. Confirm specific inclusions and exclusions with the residences team.

  • Yes. Rentals must go through Blue World’s exclusive company program under a separate agreement. The published management fee is 15% of gross rental revenue.

  • The published benefits allow residences to be sold, transferred or assigned, subject to the applicable agreements.

  • The experience is built around movement, recovery, nourishment, focus and vitality. Planned amenities include Performance and Recovery Centers, restaurants and pool decks. Within the residences, natural materials, organic linens and lighting that changes throughout the day are designed to create a restful environment.

  • No. Images are conceptual, and designs, dimensions, layouts and amenities may change. The one- and two-bedroom pages state that floor plans and additional details are pending. Request current specifications and offering documents before making a purchase decision.
